Commerce, law and a lifetime around tax
Sohail Ibne Siraj Khalid, known to clients and colleagues as Sohail Siraj, is an Advocate High Court based in Lahore. He holds a B.Com. and an LL.B, a combination of commerce and law that suits a practice built around taxation.
He practises at Sirajuddin Khalid & Company, the firm established in 1968 by his father, Sirajuddin Khalid, Advocate Supreme Court. His work centres on income tax, sales tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) matters, alongside immigration law and visa consultancy for the UK, USA, Canada and Schengen countries.
He has long been active in the tax bar, including serving as Joint Secretary of the Lahore Tax Bar Association in 2002–03, and today runs a WhatsApp community that keeps tax professionals across Pakistan informed about FBR developments. He is also President of Bin Siraj Cares.
